WW2 Nazi dress bayonet in steel scabbard with original leather frog

Description WW2 Nazi dress bayonet in steel scabbard with original leather frog. Overall length 15.3/4 in., blade length 9.3/4 in.  Double fullered, single edged, chromed, un-sharpened blade with scarsely a blemish.  Maker marked to one rocaso “TIGER  SOLINGEN” the opposite side with the tiger emblem.  Some minor loss of chrome to cross-guard and pommel, slight pin-pricks of corrosion to the side. The muzzle release button is working well. The two black bakelite type grips are complete and only with minor wear where it has sat against the leather frog for years to one side wear.  The black finished steel scabbard retains about 90% of its original finish.  The brown leather frog is age worn and with surface cracking/ loss of surface, partiucularly to a section at the rear (now treated with PECARD). In very good overall condition considering it’s age/ use.
