Fork Integration & Mounting SystemOur mudguard is developed to offer a precise fit for the Fox Podium fork. To eliminate lateral movement and twisting common with long fenders on inverted forks, we developed a dedicated side-clamp interface. This mudguard mounts exclusively via two 3D-printed clamps that wrap securely around the fork legs. These precision clamps bolt directly into reinforced areas of the main fender shell, creating a rigid structural brace that maintains centered alignment without the need for crown or steerer tube anchors. 3D ConstructionIt is manufactured out of polypropylene using 3D printing. This technology allows us to create specific structural features: the structural clamp zones are thickened and reinforced to withstand heavy trail vibrations, while the main coverage profile remains flexible enough to deform and deflect direct rock impacts without cracking.
