Mount Hood and the Hood River Bridge

With Mount Hood  in the background, the Hood River Bridge spans the Columbia River between White Salmon and Hood River.  With a span of 4,418′ span this historic bridge is of truss design, with vertical lift and a steel deck.  The Hood River Bridge was built om 1924 by the Oregon-Washington Bridge Company.
